Please contact us if you have questions about your specific insurance coverage and benefits. Our team is always available to assist you with any questions or concerns, and we are dedicated to assisting you in gaining access to the care you require to improve your mental health and well-being.
Out-of-network indicates that I do not have a contract with your insurance carrier. But, if I am not in-network with your insurer, you may be able to use out-of-network benefits to pay for treatment. When seeking treatment from an out-of-network practitioner, you must pay the full session price in advance. Then you file a claim with your insurance company, and they reimburse you for a portion of your expenses.
Filing a claim requires filling out documentation regarding the treatment you had and submitting it to the insurance company. I will provide you with a superbill to attach with your claim. A superbill describes the services rendered by us.
